Physiotherapy sessions can vary from clinician to clinician, which is great because every body needs something a little different! My approach focuses on exercise, activity modification, and a bit of manual therapy to help you reach your goals. I have clinical expertise and evidence supporting the advice that I give you, but you are the expert on your own body. Physiotherapy should be a collaborative process and any plan we make will be personalized to fit into your life.

Virtual physiotherapy appointments are conducted over a secure video chat application and can be highly effective in many cases. While hands-on treatment isn’t an option, I can still perform an objective assessment and offer advice and education. We will also work together to develop an exercise-based treatment plan to empower you to manage your condition at home.
